An interesting scrapbook consisting primarily of decorative design ideas for an apartment in New York and a house in the country, interspersed with inspirational quotes and articles evidencing a clear interest in music. Manuscript notations throughout make clear it is put together by a "homemaker" for, presumably her Husband. It is unclear to what degree this is a work of fantasy, aspirational, or an actually realized proposal; in any case a picture of home life and relationship dynamics of the day can be drawn .
