The first part of the work reproduces a manuscript by the noted spiritual alchemist and influence on the Rosicrucian movement Heinrich Khunrath, discussing the magical electrum armour of Achilles and how to reproduce the metals. The remaining parts are a translation of Staricius's Treasure of Heroes with information and techniques of manufacture for weapons and military equipment, fireworks and gunpowder, recipes for medicines and cooking and other typical Book of Secrets subjects.
